Before we dive into this remarkable journey together, let me share a bit about my own path that led me to become a doula. You see, I wasn't always the confident, empowered birthing advocate I am today. Like many first-time moms, I faced my own set of struggles and uncertainties when I was expecting my little ones.
Through three unique and awe-inspiring births of my own, I discovered my true calling as a doula. Each birthing experience unfolded in its own extraordinary way, and while not every story had a fairy-tale ending, they all gifted me with immense respect for the power of birth and the incredible capabilities of the female body.

My own journey revealed a gap in the support and information available to mothers-to-be. Even with a hospital birth class before my first labor, I still felt unprepared. So, fueled by determination and a thirst for knowledge, I embarked on a quest to become an expert in labor and birth.
Today, I am incredibly proud to say that my expertise not only served me personally but enabled me to guide other amazing women on their own unique birthing journeys.

Life Beyond Work
Beyond the doula journey, my life is a tapestry woven with love and adventure. Since 2015, I've been on this incredible journey called marriage, and my husband and I are the proud parents of two beautiful living children. We're also blessed to have one precious angel watching over us from above, a constant source of inspiration and love.

In 2022, we've embarked on an exciting quest to cultivate self-sufficiency. Our journey includes expanding our garden space with tons of room for yummy veggies & vibrant flowers, creating a haven of color and life right in our own backyard.
​
But that's not all! I've also taken up the art of sourdough baking and cooking from scratch. My kitchen is always filled with the delicious aroma of freshly baked bread, and I'm constantly on the lookout for new and exciting recipes to try.

Life outside of work is a delightful blend of family, nature, and the joy of discovering new culinary adventures. It's a journey I cherish, just like the one I'm privileged to share with you as your doula.
